At KYKU, we value each and every single customer. As customer satisfaction is always our top priority, we offer various shipping options to suit every customer. Our options range from postal shipping (standard and medium speed) to expedited shipping (fast delivery).

• KYKU may have to verify payment and order details before processing your order.
• Before the payment authorized and verified, order can not cancel or change. We will process immediately once verified. KYKU will also do the best to support you.

PROCESSING

Before ships out we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The average processing time approximately 3 business days. However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. For popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the processing time may be 5-10 business days.

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
